• Complete morning opening procedures and tasks as directed.
• Greet and interact with all store customers.
• Learn all product and be able to cross sell.
• Proactively uses associate education tools to build product and styling knowledge.
• Help Customers to fitting rooms. Follow up with customers in fitting rooms to see if they need any additional sizes/styles.
• Restock items on display as they are sold.
• Process all transactions. (Purchases/Refunds/Exchanges)
• Cleaning of store including restrooms and employee only areas.
• Embraces brand and understands brand positioning.
• Follows all operational guidelines, processes and procedures.
• Participates in and attends store meetings.
• Participates and assists in preparation for the stores’ inventory.
• Maintains a safe work environment and reports any potential hazards to store manager.
• Adheres to loss prevention practices and is aware of and reports potential incidents.
• Supports an environment of learning and trust by acting positively.
• Responsible for compliance with all company policies, practices and procedures.
